The 813 Elite Strength & Conditioning Program helps athletes of all levels build strength, mobility, and endurance during the off-season. This 12-week training cycle is designed specifically for track & field athletes looking to stay competitive, improve performance, and prevent injuries through focused conditioning and skill work.

Program Overview

Our off-season approach combines speed mechanics, strength training, and recovery-focused sessions to prepare athletes for the spring track season and long-term athletic development.

Strength & Power

Develop full-body strength through controlled resistance training and movement-specific exercises.

Two

Speed & Acceleration

Enhance quickness and drive with sprint drills, starts, and dynamic movements.

Three

Mobility & Recovery

Improve flexibility, balance, and joint stability while learning proper recovery methods.

Four

Core Stability & Posture

Strengthen key stabilizers to maintain efficient running form and reduce fatigue.

$75 per month (limited spots available)

AGES

Open to Athletes 8-18 Years Old

EXPERIENCE

Open to all athletes - ideal for both developing and returning track athletes preparing for competition.

EVENTS

Not event specific

  • Athletic shoes with traction
  • Comfortable workout attire
  • Water bottle (labeled)
  • Towel or yoga mat for ground work
  • Foam roller (for older kids)
