The 813 Elite Cross Country Program builds endurance, confidence, and teamwork in athletes ages 8–14. Designed for both new and experienced runners, our training focuses on aerobic development, running mechanics, race strategy, and mental strength—all within a supportive, family-like environment.

Endurance Development
Build a strong aerobic base through steady mileage, tempo runs, and long runs.

Speed + Strength
Improve efficiency with hill workouts, strides, and strength sessions.

Race Strategy + Mindset
Learn pacing, course management, and mental focus for peak race performance.

Prioritize proper fueling, rest, and mobility to reduce injuries and support growth.

Who Can Join?
AGES
8–14 (Elementary and Middle School athletes)
EXPERIENCE
All levels welcome—beginners learn safe training habits, while advanced runners sharpen their performance.
EVENTS
2K–5K races, AAU & USATF meets, and school-level competition prep.
Running shoes (properly fitted & broken-in)
