Coach Rebecca grew up in Orlando, FL, where she was a competitive gymnast before transitioning to diving and pole vaulting in high school. She qualified for the FHSAA Track and Field State Championships all four years and went on to walk on to the University of South Florida track and field team as a pole vaulter from 2001–2002.

Today, Coach Rebecca stays active as a recreational runner, wakeboarder and cyclist and has enjoyed competing in the Ragnar Trail Relay series over the past several years. Inspired by the incredible leadership of Coach G and Coach Keisha, she joined 813 Elite as an assistant coach after seeing the impact they had on her daughter.

As an assistant coach, Coach Rebecca lends her energy, experience, and versatility across multiple disciplines, wherever extra support is needed. She is passionate about helping young athletes build confidence, develop their skills, and find joy in competition.
