Coach K has been working with youth athletes since 2018, bringing a passion for mentorship, skill development, and teamwork to every practice. A proud U.S. Air Force veteran, she brings discipline, leadership, and a strong sense of service to every aspect of coaching. 

With a background in track and field as both a competitor and coach, Coach K focuses on building strong fundamentals, promoting sportsmanship, and encouraging personal growth on and off the track. 

She holds a USATF Level 1 Coaching Certification and is a USATF Certified Official, ensuring a deep understanding of the sport’s rules, safety standards, and best practices. Coach K is dedicated to creating a positive, inclusive, and structured environment where young athletes can thrive.
