A proud USF alumnus and former basketball player, I’m a registered nurse with a deep passion for track and field. Over the past three years, I’ve dedicated myself to mastering the sport of throws. My specialty is strength and conditioning for our throwers. 

I love supporting athletes as they push toward—and achieve—their goals. I’m proud to be part of a team that has truly become a family.
