Coach Jen brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the 813 Elite coaching staff. A former multi-sport athlete, she competed in basketball, volleyball, cross country, and track & field, developing a well-rounded understanding of athletic performance and training.
As a former athlete at Florida State University, Coach Jen competed in cross country and track & field, specializing in the 800m, 1500m, and 4x400m relay. Her collegiate experience provides valuable insight into the technical, physical, and mental demands required to excel in middle-distance events.
Beyond her own athletic accomplishments, Coach Jen has spent years developing high-level athletes to compete on some of the nation's biggest stages, including Brooks PR Invitational, New Balance Nationals, Nike Nationals, and Adidas Nationals.
In addition to her coaching and athletic background, Coach Jen is a Registered Dietitian, bringing specialized expertise in performance nutrition. She understands the critical role that proper fueling, recovery, and nutrition play in maximizing athletic performance and supporting long-term athlete development.
Coach Jen is passionate about helping athletes reach their full potential by combining elite-level training principles, sound nutrition practices, and a positive coaching approach that emphasizes both performance and personal growth.
