Coach Glenn Fowler is a decorated hurdler and experienced performance coach with a strong track record in both competition and athlete development. He began his collegiate career at Wallace State Community College, where he became a JUCO All-American in the 60m hurdles with a time of 6.97. He went on to compete at the University of South Florida, becoming a two-time Big East Champion in the 400m hurdles and holding the USF school record in the 110m hurdles (13.91) for 14 years.

Following his competitive career, Coach Fowler transitioned into coaching and athletic performance. He served as the sprints and hurdles coach at the University of Tampa in 2016 and has been working as a fitness trainer and performance specialist since 2014. His expertise in speed development, hurdle technique, and overall athletic conditioning makes him a valuable asset to the 813 Elite coaching team.
