Coach Charisma is passionate about helping young athletes grow both on and off the track. She brings valuable experience as a former track and field athlete, having competed in high school at Lawton Chiles High School in Tallahassee, Florida, and later pursuing a collegiate track scholarship at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida.

Coach Charisma competed in the 100m, 200m, and sprint relay events and now specializes in sprint development, with a strong focus on speed, confidence, and teamwork. She is committed to helping each athlete reach their personal best while fostering a positive environment where athletes can enjoy the sport of track and field.
