Coach Bailey Dillehay brings both personal experience and deep parental insight to the 813 Elite coaching team. A former high school sprinter and hurdler, she was a two-time state qualifier in the shuttle hurdle relay and comes from a family of throwers—her mother competed in throws, and her son AJ has followed in those footsteps.

As a dedicated track mom for five years, Coach Bailey has supported AJ through multiple Junior Olympic appearances in shot put, javelin, and discus. Her firsthand experience navigating the youth track world led her family to 813 Elite, drawn by its athlete-first culture, proven results, and strong sense of community.

Now a coach herself, Coach Bailey is passionate about helping young throwers grow both in skill and confidence, offering support grounded in both experience and empathy.
